Nestum Butter Prawn

Yours truly reach another milestone of cooking :p
Ordinary dinner with extraordinary dishes NESTUM BUTTER PRAWNS!!!!!!!!!

Dinner for three :- Baked Bean, Fried Cabbage, Nuggets and Nestum Butter Prawn(you can say you hate me now hoho~)

Zoom in for viewing pleasure

Now, I am showing off(syok sendiri) on how to make it

Ingredients:-
Medium or large prawn(cleaned, and cut off the eye part and legs)
Oils for deep frying
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
x- amount of chili padi (to suit your taste la)
10 daun kari (i put lots because I love the taste)
1/2 chicken cubes
sugar
an egg yolk(lightly stirred)
**Nestum 10 tbsp gua

How to:-
1. Deep fried the prawn in boiling oil. Probably 10 minutes, i dunno how long I took, but I just simply use TPE aka.The Power of Estimation :p A cooked prawn is red in color, you wont go wrong =D Took out the prawn from the pan, you can drain away the frying oil, because it stinks.

2. In a clean pan, melt the butter, add in garlic, chili padi, daun kari, chicken cubes and egg yolk. The smell now can kill you because it was damn so aromatic if you sneezed numerous time like me wtf.

3. When you are done with sniffing the aromatics above(Halleluyah, I was sneezing just now shiat), its time to add in the deep fried prawn. Add a spoonful of sugar, and mixed all in the pan until dry. Ok, now turn off the fire. Eh, where's the nestum??? (Est go back and add another missed out ingredient)

4. Make sure the prawn is dry, and pour all your Nestum into the pan and mix it again with the prawn and serve to the plate. This step must be VERY VERY VERY LIGHTNING FAST, else the the crispyness of the Nestum will be gone.

Jeng Jeng Jeng, now you can have the marvelous, fantastic, aromatic super duper mega ultra yummy Nestum Butter Prawn. Yeah.

Ohooo, now I know whwat should I try for the coming DIY, must be Nestum Chicken yay!!

Palm Hill Cafe, Shangri-la Putrajaya

This is also a super delayed post that I promised since very long ago. Sorry =)
So, it was few months ago I went to Shangri-La Hotel for their dinner buffet at Putrajaya. Can you believe that the cafe is empty when we reach? Which also means that the food was untouched ohohohohohh..... It looked like we had booked the whole cafe, moreover it was a complimentary dinner that Lem.C got from company annual dinner. Xie xie ni Lem.C =p

So for the first round, we took these

Baked potato, Roasted Chicken, Sweet& Sour Chicken, Steamed fish, black pepper lamb, beef and some vege

Some dishes for sashimi lover to drools at, but not me :-( I still cannot accept the geliness of swallowing the slices of salmon, even I squeeze lots of lemon on it.

Some pasta, it was good because the chef actually cook it upon your request. And there were a few sauce to choose from, mine is with bolognese. Yummy!

Not forgetting the crispy tempura. The one with fish is the best!

And the best dish of the day is smoked salmon, hmmm.....where did I put my photo huh?? Too bad, no photo of it. Aikss...But it was really good! And now come my favourite part. The Dessert!!!!! Yes, yes, yes

Tiramisu (is it??)
I didnt take the whole cake la, the portion that was cut out was in my plate :p

Mango Cheese Cake or Lemon, ahaha, I dont really remember, but it was nice!

The so adorable brownies topped with strawberry and mini moouse tart with coffee. Dont ask me why the broccoli is there because I had forgotten. For decoration purpose, maybe...

Orange moouse with strawberry, refreshing!

I searched on my folder, yeah i got another 2 photos. Here

Strawberry Mousse, i <3 Strawberry

Yeah, this is the only photo taken for the best dish of the day. Upper left corner, in a spoon, the HEAVENLY smoked salmon, it was an appetiser actually

Waterlily Cafe, Puchong

Been complete on drafting this post long ago. Wondered why I never post it *stracth head*

This is my fourth time visiting Waterlily Cafe in Puchong. I like the outdoor concept where we can see the sun set or candle light(Romantic!). The price is reasonable, each set which come with a bbq set(chicken, lamb or beef), ice blended drink and mushroom soup cost around RM20. The food served is more to Balinese style instead of Western. Anyway, if you have more budget you can try to dine in Bumbu Bali which provide more variety in Balinese food. I heard that the owner of Waterlily Cafe and Bumbu Bali is brothers. That is also why I can get all the food of Waterlily in Bumbu Bali too. Again, the food Waterlily Cafe is delicious, the price is reasonable and it is romantic!!! if you do not mind a little mosquito bite

Mushroom soup, very creamy! it's best to dip with the toast

I ordered Bbq Lamb with Nasi Lemak, the lamb was very juicy with lemongrass seasoning. We(my sis and I) love the sambal on top of the nasi lemak

My sis ordered Quarter Chicken with Nasi Lemak

Outdoor concept, it is lovely at night with candlelights!
