forecast(unapplied-able)

Oh...this is so true for today. But what is the meaning of forecasts when it comes true only after the day is off. Why is it like this everytime? It only comes true when I missed to have a look on the day before. Is that means that I do not need to refer it, since it only come true when my day ends??? Then for what purpose forecasts is for??
